Privacy Policy
agudoo.com are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products/services, offers and promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Delivery Promise
All orders are despatched within 7 days of receipt, and normally 1-3 days. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Delivery costs are fixed across all products.
Supply of Goods
Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. We endeavour to make sure that all pricing remains correct. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. If you choose to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Guarantee/Returns
We guarantee all of our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal and proper use in accordance with the required care and use instructions. Any product that is defected or does not meet your satisfaction will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Services Department within 7 working days of placing your order on (0114 254 2569) or contact us. We will credit the price of the cancelled product/s.
If an order has already been despatched before you cancel, we accept the return of the item providing it is in its original packaging, undamaged and within 7 working days of the day of delivery. We will refund you the cost of the cancelled product/s (minus delivery charge). You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return goods in these circumstances.
