However, if your purchase does not meet your requirements you are entitled to return it to us and we will carry out any repairs necessary, or replace the product entirely.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services Department within 7 working days of placing your order on (0114 254 2569) or contact us. We will credit the price of the cancelled product's
.If an order has already been despatched before you cancel, we accept the return of the item providing it is in its original packaging, undamaged and within 7 working days of the day of delivery. We will refund you the cost of the cancelled product's (minus delivery charge). You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return goods in these circumstances.
